EA have announced that the first demo of Crytek’s soon-to-release FPS, Crysis 2, has been downloaded a grand total of 1.7 million times. That’s a whole lot of people shooting each other, the team must be pleased. That’s the 360 exclusive version then, not the one that released on PC/360 today with new maps. That PS3 demo will follow soon.
The whole game hits at the end of the month; March 22 for US, 25 for Europe.
