NVIDIA has quietly launched a new GeForce family graphics card -- the GeForce GT 440. This one's an entry-level video card for desktops. The video card supports DirectX 11 and provides 30% better performance when compared to previous generation GPUs.
Specification include 96 CUDA cores, 810MHz graphics clock, 1620MHz processor clock, 128-bit memory bus, and 1GB GDDR5 or 2GB DDR3 memory.
The GPU is rated at 65W and offers HDMI, VGA and Dual Link DVI connectors.
Furthermore, it supports couple of NVIDIA technologies including NVIDIA 3D Vision, PhysX and CUDA.
No word on pricing.
