Team Bondi head Brendan McNamara and Rockstar’s VP of product development Jeronimo Barrera have been speaking L.A Noire with IGN and as you would expect, some pretty interesting information has came out of the conversation.
The first bit of information which was revealed comes in the shape of the level of content developed using the brand new MotionScan technology. According to McNamara’s answer, it seems that this is going to be a pretty big game.
“We captured over 50 hours worth of dialogue in total, all using MotionScan – it’s equivalent to about two full seasons of a TV show,” he said.
While some of that dialogue may never appear in the game, a big chunk of it will come down to the choice you make, as explained by McNamara.
“Each case has its own twists and turns depending on the choices you make, leading you down different paths on your way to cracking the case, giving you plenty of reasons to jump back in and replay the game.”
It seems with all the effort put into this game so far it’s sure to be yet another contender for game of the year.
Rockstar sure knows how to make a game, doesn’t it.
L.A Noire is due for release in April this year for PS3 and Xbox 360. You canpre-order your copy here.
